Class Cancellation & Makeup Policy

To cancel a class, an email must be sent to thetumblezone@gmail.com with your child’s name at least one week prior to the scheduled tuition date. No refunds will be issued after a payment has been processed. All payments and services are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you choose to cancel your membership at any time during the season, all previously earned makeup sessions will be forfeited.

Makeup classes are limited to 1-2 per month and must be used within two weeks of the missed class. Tumble Zone is not responsible for tracking missed or completed makeup classes, and availability may be limited based on class size and scheduling. Makeups can only be used during the September through June session while your child is actively enrolled, and they do not carry over once the season has ended.

A fee of $40 for 1st child and $10 for each additional child is due at
Registration for our gymnastics season (Sept-June).

Preschool-Grade School Gymnastics

(Auto-payments every 4 weeks on a Monday)

(All registrations starting 06/1/25)

Pricing: $90/month for 1 class per week   

$130/month for 2 classes per week

Parent/Child Tumblers Class: $78/mth (Every 4 weeks) Parent/Child Classes Reduced Tuition as no make-up classes are available for this class

**A Registration Fee of $60 1st or $80 per family is due upon registration for Seasonal Gymnastics 

*Please note: Session registration fees are at the start of every new season Sept-June

Pro-Rated Tuition: is based on classes, holidays, and seasonal duration.

Private Lessons

30 Minutes: $25 Registration Fee Required for Recurring Privates/$15 additional sibling fee 

 Members $40 each week (Reoccurring spot) or $45 Drop IN (Non-members)                             

 Semi- Private (2-6 children) *Price per child*

30 Minutes: Members $35 each week or Non-members $40 Drop IN

While we encourage participation throughout the duration of the season, there is NO long-term commitment. There are unlimited make-ups throughout the season for any missed classes. All make-up classes must be completed by the end of the season. $90 or $130 will be debited every 4 weeks. If you wish to cancel, please do so before the next billing cycle. Any make-ups can be used during the gymnastics season (Sept-June) &  no make-up classes carry over for Summer Sessions. You MUST be enrolled in a class to use your make-ups.
